Stephanie Trust Antonelli
July 08, 1967 - August 18, 2009
Stephanie Denise Antonelli, 42, beloved daughter of Sandra K. Cavanagh and Fred E. Trust passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2009 at Candler Hospital after a courageous 11 year battle with breast cancer.
Stephanie was born in Washington, DC on July 8, 1967 where she attended The Holton Arms School. Stephanie was an Executive Assistant in Manhattan, NY, became head of Human Resources at the Peppers and Rogers Group in Greenwich, CT and was a manager of several doctors' practices in Greenwich and Stamford CT.
After conventional chemotherapy treatments, Stephanie received a specialized radiation treatment developed by Dr Paul Okunieff of Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY Stephanie lived a productive and comfortable life for the next four years until her options for chemotherapy became limited and she embarked on a promising new trial at the Stem Cell Cancer and Regenerative Medicine Research, Inc in Boynton Beach, FL. The trial was developed by Dr Zheng Cui of Wake Forest University and administered by Dr Dipnarine Maharaj but unfortunately was unable to be proven successful due to her untimely death.
Stephanie is survived by her mother, Sandra K. Cavanagh of Wakefield, RI, her brother, Christopher M. Trust, her sister-in-law, Salma Trust, her niece Alessandra Trust of Dumont, NJ, her grandfather, Marshall A. Keiley of Ft Lauderdale, FL, her father and step-mother Emily L. and Fred E. Trust and her half-brother Landon F. Trust of Savannah, GA.
A memorial service will be held in Rhode Island at a future date.
